Return & Exchange Policy

I’m Bree, a small business owner aiming for 100% client satisfaction. I’m not a big business, but I do my very best to provide the highest quality products people love and that will last years. Everything is locally made in my shop.
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 8 hours of purchase
Condition of return:
1. The item must be clean, unused, no stains, no hair, no smell, and be ready to sell.
2. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
3. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
